Hey guys and women! How are all of you doing tonight? I hope that all of you are doing well, not only that I also hope that every one of you are keeping yourselves warm especially in the northern from east to west in the United States, especially in the eastern part since that is where I am at and it is a bit cold outside but at least it is doable if you are under the roof with something that keep the house heated like fireplace, portable electric heaters or the floor heater like my house. Here in the state where I live in, Kentucky in east on the borderline between Kentucky and West Virginia. I believe that this area has one of few most bipolar weathers that the mother nature just cannot decide which it is for us to be in, is it going to be warm or is it going to be cold or is it going to be warm and then pummel to blistering cold in matter of hours at sunset. I lives in rural area if that’s what they call it, some call it a partial of the city or some calls it in mountain and that is what I also go by since I lives in or more so on a mountain. I am a fan of my area sometimes, sometimes I am not fan of this area because of that bipolar weather and there is barely anything to do except riding ATV or side by side as we are surrounded by Appalachia mountain which is one of the beloved mountain in the eastern United States as the Appalachia mountain covers several states such as Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia and other couple more states but you can easily find the information about Appalachia mountain by your best friend Google or Bing.
If you are ever in the west part of the West Virginia, I highly recommend you to load up your ATV or Side By Side and go for a ride at some trails like Ballfork Mountain in Blackberry, Ky, Buffalo trail in Delbarton or Williamson, Wv or Rockhouse trail in Gilbert, Wv and few of other trails as it is part of Hatfield-McCoy trails system which owns seven or eight trails that you can choose to pick to ride at as long as you pay for the permits (can be bought at gas station or some business in these areas).
12-20-2016 Tidbits
Okay I guess I will start with some of the tidbits, this time for the tidbits is unplanned and I have none of the important topics to talk about so this means that I will be writing different topics in my head as I go. For the past few weeks I usually write some of the topics that I feel or thinks that I should talk about in tidbits articles and then I would do some research on these topics I had written down on a list so to make sure that I had all the information I needed to write for the topics I wanted to talk about. I do that so I wouldn’t be writing about something that I am unaware of, that wouldn’t be good if I do and in most of the articles I have written I would always research to make sure that I have all information I need but this time I haven’t done my research because this time I am going to be talking right off my mind. So, this will be on the fly, hopefully I won’t give too much of wrong information as it is very important for all bloggers to at least to have majority of information accurate and that this pretty much will be my rambling about some of the things so I hope you enjoy tonight’s tidbits.
Electors Voted
Earlier today on December 19th was the day that all the electors to vote for the presidential candidates, the electoral votes that was announced on the election day were only counted by pledges so they weren’t really the votes from electors and the day that the electors to vote is on December 19th. You mean that these electoral votes on November 7th weren’t electoral votes? The answer would be correct, it was pretty much a count of the pledges by electors that they would vote for on December 19th which is today and then one month later after the election the electors can vote for the presidential candidates they had pledged to vote for or they can change their pledge for another presidential candidate if they wish. There is a name for them, the unfaithful electors or rouge electors that is who changes their mind after making a pledge for a candidate they pledged to vote for in the next month after the election day and voted for somebody else. Have that happened before? They have, I don’t really remember when they did but I believe one of them were in 2001 presidential election between George W. Bush and Al Gore. I may be wrong so I ask that you do a search about that and feel free to leave a comment below to correct me on that. Nonetheless, today there were a lot of people trying to pressure the electors to switch their votes for Hillary Clinton and even protested at some places to try to pressure the electors at the last minutes. After today, it has been official and done that our next president will be Donald Trump which that means the people couldn’t pressure the electors enough to go rogue unfortunately. I learned today that one of these five hundred electors were Bill Clinton himself, Bill Clinton was the first one to electorally vote for his wife Hillary Clinton in the state of New York and I must say that it was inspiring because that is a husband who had the honor to electorally vote for the wife that happens to be one of presidential candidates first before the rest of electors in New York. Although Hillary Clinton may have lost the electoral votes, it was an inspirational thing to see on television which you can find the video via YouTube or somewhere else and at the same time it was a bit heartbreaking.
Being that said, it is official that you can say Donald Trump is really our next President of the United States and I am not… Let’s just say I am hesitant about him taking the office because we have never seen him in politics so I don’t know how that will turn out. Some of the people are saying that they have a feeling that there will be a big mess to the point where Donald Trump will be no longer the President of the United States and then Mike Pence will become the president since he would be the next President of the United States if Donald Trump were to resign or whatnot. That part is what a lot of the people is more scared about, especially in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community because Mike Pence is known as a governor in Indian who strongly oppose LGBT’s right. From this point, I am not going to say anything else about Donald Trump as the next President of the United States nor Mike Pence as Vice President because they are becoming as if it is sensitive to talk about since Donald Trump who oppose Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression so I will leave it as this. So, all I am going to say is that the electors have voted today, it has become official today that our next president is Donald Trump and that one of thing gets on my nerves is that people says “American have spoken for” when they really haven’t as Hillary Clinton won the most popular votes so “electors have spoken for”.
JoshiesWorld Username Changed on Facebook
I have decided to change the username for JoshiesWorld Facebook page, past few years it has been under JoshiesWorldFans and I felt that I want to make the username to be more official or something so I have changed the username to TheJoshiesWorld. Why TheJoshiesWorld, not just JoshiesWorld? Because several years ago, when I decided to join Facebook for the first time, I decided that my personal Facebook profile to have JoshiesWorld as a username and at that time I wasn’t aware about Facebook pages so it was too late as Facebook cannot or won’t transfer my profile username to the page so I just added “The” to it. I have thought of a few alternatives but I felt that “The” is better as it is THE Joshies’ World you know? So, if you cannot find JoshiesWorld Facebook page under JoshiesWorldFans then you know why and I will need to start updating some of the link for the page so to make sure that it will go to the right page.

Christmas Spirit
Is it me or does it looks like this year the Christmas spirit is gone? I notice that not a lot of the people who is in spirit for Christmas this year, usually I would see a lot of the people who would talks about how they are excited about the remaining days until Christmas and about what they are planning on to do for the Christmas with their family or friends. But this year I believe I haven’t seen any of my family or friends do that, spreading the Christmas spirits that they would usually do past these years and I also notice that I am not in spirit for the Christmas either. I wonder if it is because we were influenced to not be in spirit for Christmas this year? Heated argument, debates, discussion and such about the presidential candidates divides all of us? I am somewhat sure that is one of the factors and I also notice that the advertising about Christmas has dwindled. Do you remember every year especially in December we would usually see some advertisements on television talking about what would be good gifts to get for our family or friends and the commercials where it’s letting us know that they will be airing some reruns of Christmas movies like The Frosty Jack or reindeer or The Drummer Boy and some Christmas episodes from different television shows? We are barely seeing that this year. Would it be because we don’t realize that our economic is declining to the point that they feel that it wouldn’t be necessary to advertise or show anything on television that would raise our Christmas spirits that we used to have? I would love to hear your opinions or thoughts on this, what is it that you think it is affecting our Christmas spirit this year?
Win A Prize or Be in Contest
Do you see some of these going around on the internet, like some advertisements or some posts from business or people about how you can win a prize of something like a free MacBook Pro, free iPad, free iPhone, some cash, prepaid credit cards, paid vacations and whatnot? What you don’t really know is that some of them aren’t real even if it’s coming from verified accounts or real businesses. They just do that because they know that it is something that a lot of the people would easily fall for, especially if it’s something that’s free and that you really want. Some of them only do that just to get a lot of you to like their pages on Facebook, follow them on Twitter, on Instagram and whatever else it is that they want you to follow or like. Even some of these forms where they ask for your e-mail addresses, your shipping address, your name and whatnot is so that they can exploit your information for money by selling these data to somebody else. It is saddening, so be careful when you see some of these posts on social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other services. To not feel sad about this, this is just only from some of the people or businesses even if they are coming from real businesses and they do giveaway some prizes but not every one of them. In some of these posts you can see that they give few rules like, follow them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram then share the post that they want you to share and then leave a comment in that post saying whatever it is that they want you to say in the comment. A lot of them are legit but I am certain that they don’t always give out stuff, probably do 50% and 50% just to fool some of us into like the or follow them on social media.
Go Pack Go!
About time that my all-time favorite NFL team, Green Bay Packers is catching up with the wins instead of losing every game as they have been past three or so in a row and I was getting tired of it. But since that it is almost close to playoffs, that is when some of the NFL teams would just gears up and give all their best even if it means to push their limits personally. Green Bay Packers is one of these teams that is doing that, because they know that they are just a few games away from the playoff so they knew that it was go big or go home and it seems that they are going big because they are having a good chance of going in the playoff. Where Detroit Lions lost to New York Giants last weekend, with Green Bay Packers winning the game against their number one rival Chicago Bears and that have just bumped Green Bay Packers up on the list for a chance of going in the playoff. However, it would only take one lose that can backfire the plan for the Green Bay Packers to go in the playoff, since that Detroit lost to New York Giants the Packers must win one more game which is against Minnesota Vikings next weekend and then Green Bay Packers will face against Detroit Lions at the last game of their season. Both teams, Packers and Lions have one more game to go before playing against each other. Next weekend Green Bay Packers will be playing against Minnesota Vikings and Detroit Lions will be playing against Dallas Cowboys which is an almost undefeated team of the year. So, if Packers wins against Vikings then Lions loses against Cowboys then Packers will advance to the playoff no matter what even if Packers loses against Lions for the last game of the season. However, if Packers loses against Vikings, Lions wins against Cowboys then both teams Packers and Lions must fight it out at the last game of the season to advance to the playoff so it is going to be interesting for two weeks! Of course, I am biased, I am very hopeful and I have a strong feeling that Packers will advance to the playoff because Lions have a very slim chance to win against an almost undefeated team Dallas Cowboys next weekend.

Super Mario Run
I am one of several iOS users who asked to be notified by the developer of the Super Mario Run game app for iOS devices, oddly the notification via iTunes didn’t work as it didn’t notified me that the developer had released the Super Mario Run game app since I kept checking for the game because it had advertised that it would be released on the day of December 15th and I saw that the notify button via iTunes turned into the download button so I downloaded the Super Mario Run game for my iPhone. After downloaded that game, I played Super Mario Run for few minutes to see how it is because I was somewhat in hurry on that day so I played for a few minutes and then I noticed that when I completed that one stage or world one I couldn’t play any further and I double checked the information about that. I found out that you are given two of them I think, to play but to play further than that you would have to pay $9.99 for it to unlock the rest of the worlds and I was puzzled to find out that I could only get to one when it is said that I can play two. Anyway, is Super Mario Run what it was hyped for? Absolutely but there is downside to it which is they have said you can only play two and then you will find out that you could only play one so that is somewhat misleading information or something? Anyway, as for the overall of Super Mario Run game I will grade it as A-, the question is will it be the game that worth the fuzz like it did for the Pokémon Go? Not sure. You must decide that for yourself, it’s free to try it out for one or maybe two if they have fixed that error or changed the information and then you decide from there if it would worth $9.99. Would it worth $9.99 from me? I must say no, I will say it can worth $4.99 from me but no more than that and I think that if they lower the price to that then they would make more money from it than they would for charging $9.99 because of the numbers of people who would pay comfortably.

Colony TV Shows
A new television shows names Colony have been released to a video streaming service Netflix, if you haven’t watched it then I highly recommend that you go to Netflix and add that television show to your watch list. I have started watching Colony on Netflix a couple of nights ago, I immediately recognized Josh Holloway from one of successful TV shows named The Lost and Sarah Callies from the Walking Dead aka Lori Grimes (Rick’s wife or Carl’s mother). Also, Sarah Callies was in another successful TV shows calls Prison Breakout and is also acting in the new Prison Breakout sequel which will be released in the year of 2017. I thought that both actor and actress is the perfect for Colony television shows because both comes from a TV shows that’s post-apocalyptic so both are perfect for these two characters (main) for Colony television shows. I am hoping that it will continue, for another few seasons as Colony is produced by Netflix themselves and it seems that Netflix knows what they are doing when it comes to producing some television shows as we have seen few successful television shows produced by Netflix like Orange Is the New Black. I highly recommend you to watch Colony!
