Recently the announcement news release surfaced on the internet about Apple Vs Samsung trials where Apple have filed lawsuit against Samsung for copyright infringement especially that Samsung smartphones such as Galaxy S models copy the interface of Apple Iphone models which is true considering that they both do look-alike and Apple has patients and the rights to these designs considering that the iphone models was released way before Samsung Galaxy S models launched. The lawsuit was for copyright infringement that Samsung violated Apple’s copyright for the interface of between the smartphones made by both which like I said Apple Iphone models was launched before Galaxy S by Samsung company launched by few years.
Now the news that surfaced has announced Apple decisively wins Samsung trial which the victory goes to Apple and I strongly believe that Apple make the right call considering that copying someone else work isn’t good thing, in fact bad move for the business because if copying someone else work means they have no creative for their products, right? Anyway now that the victory goes to Apple company the Samsung company now owes Apple company 1.049 billion dollars for copying Apple’s intellectual property.
Samsung tried to counter Apple with lawsuit but they failed miserably because Samsung has lost every cases against Apple as the court said which I agree because Samsung doesn’t have anything on Apple except copying Apple’s products is all they are doing. Am I against Samsung? No, not really but I don’t like copied products or buy anything from a company that copy other’s company’s work because that’s just stealing and have no creative in their business like Samsung. Am I apple fan? Not entirely, sure I do own Apple Iphone 5S and Apple Ipad 2 but not enough to buy every products from Apple such as updated Ipad Mini or Air or one of their desktop or their laptop such as Mac Pro/Book or IMac desktop however I do applaud for their creativity and their thrive for making products so successful after all every one of us have a dream as long as we do something original that nobody else have or make right?
Nonetheless back to the subject about Apple Vs Samsung, most of you know that Apple and Samsung are strong rivalry with each others especially their smartphones but again Apple practically battling their own stuff if you think of it considering that the fact Samsung copy Apple so basically Samsung’s products are Apple’s products where Samsung copy Apple’s work which why the lawsuit happened. I have not written every details about the lawsuit between them both nor entire information about their court and such. After I read the news about Apple Vs Samsung lawsuit trials sparked my interest enough to write an article on here a bit about the news especially the victory of Apple’s company which I applaud and have the respect for because it’s uncool of copying someone’s work but anyway here’s the news article where I read about Apple Vs Samsung trial and Apple’s victory and what Samsung owes Apple which is more than the money.
