I had hard finding a TV shows DVD that was released on the 6th of this month, September which that was two days ago as when I sent my mother to Wal-Mart to get me the TV show DVD and she couldn’t find it anywhere at the Wal-Mart here even though on their website says they are in stocked. Even inside at the Wal-Mart, it said that it has three in stock and we had employees looking all over for the TV shows DVD for me but couldn’t find any which this was on the first day of the release and then the next day I sent my mother back there to see if there were any in stock but there weren’t so my mother asked one of their employee again then the employee had the supervisor to search for it to double-check that the employee didn’t miss anything. Of course the supervisor said that they couldn’t find it, they have said that even though it said it has three in stock but couldn’t find any and said that it could means that three of them were stolen. This world is, undoubtedly a cruel world for all of us to be living in and who is to blame for making this world a cruel place to be in? There are a lot of the people who happens to be cruel, making the world cruel for us to live in and by making the world cruel for us is where some of the people gets to discriminate us regardless what we have. There are several people who happens to be “ism” is the ones who make the world cruel for us to live in, there are several words with “ism” such as sexism, audism, racism, elitism, ableism and hundreds more. What makes them that way? They are either influenced by their generations who happens to be one of these ism or being influenced by the peers that they were surrounded at their youth age and grew to be expert at being one or more of ism. It make you sometimes wondering what if there were no isms, wouldn’t it make any difference in how some of the people behave in this world and possibly make the world a better place for us without being feared of having to be victimized by one or more isms? I know that lately I have written a few articles that is Deaf and Hard of Hearing related but the reason is the Deaf Awareness Month were to due in the month September which is the current month now. The purpose for Deaf Awareness Month in September is to educate the people about the culture of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people, people who is audism are trying so hard to destroy for several decades now. Even though the Deaf community may be a little but it has a strength in holding their place when it comes to anyone that is trying all their best to make sure everybody is not aware that the Deaf and Hard of Hearing has their culture as they want to frame them with the label disability. As I am part in the Deaf community, the battles with audism daily is tiresome and frustrating because one of many reasons is that we never gave the permission to anybody to make any decision for us especially on state or nation’s level. Either that in the today’s film industry discriminate Deaf and Hard of Hearing, are audism which that means they have something against them, simply doesn’t care or plainly dumb. If you are someone who loves watching television shows or movies daily, there are some of the people who must have music, must play games as much as they can and then there are people who must watch television shows or movies everyday. I am one of these who must watch television shows or movies daily group, so of course we are bound to watch some television shows or movies that have one or more Deaf or Hard of Hearing characters and that same goes for the people who is in wheelchair too. But what a lot of people doesn’t realize is that these roles were given to the actor or actress that aren’t what the role of characters is such as Deaf, Hard of Hearing or in wheelchair and that is a problem. It is getting tiresome, the reason that is a problem is because it is conflict with the character’s role who isn’t even what the character’s role has and they have no right to do so. You would think that the law enforcement are hard on the colored people, abuse their power against them and did several police brutality on them but what many people does not realize is that they are not the only one. Law Enforcement gives Deaf and Hard of Hearing people a very hard time as there are several stories about their experiences when they had confrontation with the police. One of several experiences, there were a Deaf woman who called police for immediate help because she was being beaten by her boyfriend or husband so once the police arrived at their residence and the Deaf woman were approached by the police where she would be supposedly to explain the situation about her husband or her boyfriend beat her to the plum but instead the police never took the time to hear her explanation so they tasered her then body slams her to the ground with their knees on the back of her body and cuffed her then books her to the jail while the husband or boyfriend who can hear were scoot-free. I am sure that you are shocked with the title of this article, saying that we want to be Deaf and that we don’t want to be fixed. What a lot of the people doesn’t understand that being Deaf or even Hard of Hearing is a culture but several people who is audism try their darndest best to hide that and force a society to see anyone who happens to be Deaf or Hard of Hearing is a bad thing. Several people think that whoever became Deaf or Hard of Hearing whether it be at birth or afterbirth means that there is something severely wrong with them, it is because like people who is audism or an anti-cultural organizations such as Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing made the society to view us like that over a few decades ago or more like since in the year of 1880 when International Congress on the Education of the Deaf aka ICED banned any students who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing from the use of sign language to communicate. I would like to personally congratulate all the athletes from United States of America for not only winning the most medals but also winning the most gold, silver and bronze medals in Olympic RIO 2016! United States team have won exactly 121 total medals with mix of 46 gold, 37 silver and 38 bronze medals which is an unbelievably feats for the United States team bringing to their home in the United States. Of course I am not the only one, but I am sure that most of Americans in United States are very happy about their awesome feat too as they brings home more than just the most gold medals but also most medals with the mix of gold, silver and bronze. Of course the sport in the United States is undoubtedly the best out of any other countries, however there are a country that is better at a certain sport than the United States which I am sure that most of us know that it is the United Kingdom in soccer or they call it football over there but over here in the United States we calls it soccer and that somewhat make a sense because the ball touches the foot so football so I see why United Kingdom came up with that name for the sport. There are a few of topics that I would like to discuss about with you today, as some of you know that I write tidbits article here now and then so you should know that sometimes that a tidbits article can get long because where the definition for tidbit means that it is a bit of anything.
