How has it been going with you all? I hope that everything is all well with you all! As for me, all is well except that I am suffering with no internet for several hours now since this early morning and only theory I have for the internet not having any connection is that today is the coldest weather we have had so far this year as it is about 10 degree outside so I suspect that for some reason their cable or their system doesn’t resist the frigid cold that well. Unless there is a car accident somewhere down the road, but I am certain that there isn’t because I still have television and not only that I also have no internet connection on my cell phone, so it isn’t just my broadband internet that is down but also my cellular data is down too. That means that I absolutely have no internet whatsoever, from broadband internet to cellular data and this is frustrating me because usually at this time of the day I would be watching something on Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime for few of hours before I head out to bed, so it is screwing with my daily routine. I see that a lot of people in my circle, this including both hearie community and deaf community are very concerned about Federal Communications Commission’s decision on repealing Net Neutrality. I am very glad that a lot of concerns going around because Net Neutrality is a serious matter for many of us, however I also seen many people who are either confused or misleading some others about what Net Neutrality is all about and what impact that it can do if Net Neutrality were to be repealed. First, Net Neutrality is not a law as some people seems to think they are and Net Neutrality is a policy made by Federal Communications Commission which is a federal agency that were founded by government to be the policymakers for the telecommunications. Federal government has several agencies to regulate some things, such as Federal Communications Commission were created by government to regulate television cable, radio, internet, wire, satellite and anything else that has to do with airwaves through the likes of satellites in space as they are what allows us to connect to some things through the airwaves such as internet (including cellular data), radio, television cable or others. No long time see you since I last wrote an article, on fourth (4th) of this month November! Here I am back writing another article, I wasn’t even sure if I was going to write one or not because I am not really in the mood to write one but seeing that I have nothing else to do so I decided that I might as well make a new blog post and get done with it. There are some of you know this but there are many of you don’t know this. I will share one story about myself, along with some inspirations, so that should be interesting for you to read. 😛 Many years ago, I was just a kid who have many wild ideas ranging from wanting to be wrestlers to be a police officer. Hey you all! I know I haven’t blogged anything in a very long time, the last time I blogged was last month on 28th in September about the people takes a knee in sports along with my opinion on it and you can find it here. I noticed that I am not as motivated to blog this year and last year as well since in the end of last year was when I reduced my activity in blogging due to a few reasons. One of these reasons was that I am aging, and my body isn’t what it was used to be so it’s a bit hard on me especially with disabilities I have. The combination of severe disabilities and the aging isn’t a good thing, it is painful. I know, it’s life and all that but with disabilities or illness while aging is not fun. While I am not blogging, most of the times I am usually either watching tons of television shows on streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO and Starz so at least I am entertained. It is unbelievable how quick last year was, I felt that it was one of the quickest year ever and that is in both good and bad way that the year of 2017 flew by us. I am sure that one of the good one is that it means the election is coming quicker than we expected so that we can vote for the people who we truly believe that would represent us instead of for the corporation and others especially to listen to what we want instead of what they want. Such as where most of us Americans begged the Federal Communications Commission to not repeal Net Neutrality because it is a policy that prevent the internet providers service to play monopoly with us by hiking the costs with no reason or to charge us just so that we could have access to something they blocked or slowed by throttling. One of the bad thing, I am certain that this is something every one of us can agree, our age made a leap to a year later too quick and all of us including myself who would love to stay at the current age and not becoming a year older already.
