Joshie's Family Thoughts?:

Joshie: I agree with my mom and Chad. The Burger King’s Impossible Whopper does taste almost like Burger King’s original Whopper, and I like Whopper, so since their impossible Whopper taste almost like original Whopper, I like them! I think that anyone who cannot stand red meat such as beef then this would be a perfect alternative because Burger King’s Impossible Burger does not have meat, and it is plant-based. This hamburger is plant-based because most of what makes their patty are soy protein concentrate mixed with the likes of coconut oil, sunflower oil, and whatnot. It is not exactly diet food, though; however, it does shave off a decent number in calories. The Burger King’s Whopper has about 677 calories, and Impossible Whopper has 630, so the difference is 47 calories. Not significant but decent and a bit healthier in the long run if you switch from their Whopper to impossible Whopper as your go-to Whopper. I recommend Burger King’s Impossible Whopper for anyone who either likes the taste of Whopper but wants to eat a bit healthier or want a hamburger but doesn’t like any meat (vegan/vegetarian). When you order Impossible Whopper, you must keep this in mind that if you add anything else as your toppings, it will increase the calories. Every chance that I am nearby Burger King, I will stop by to get their Impossible Whopper every once in a while. However, I often go for their crispy chicken sticks. What I don’t like about Burger King’s Impossible Whopper is that I think they should price them a bit lower than their original Whopper because they are the alternative for their original Whopper, so it would not make sense if they are more expensive or as equal-cost as their original whoppers. If you are in the area that has Burger King, be sure to grab one of them and try them as they have 2 for a deal at $6.

Mom/Brenda: Can’t taste any different from the original Burger King’s Whopper. The only thing that it would make it better is if it tastes a bit meatier and thicker. I would order Impossible Burger again when there is an opportunity to order some.

Chad: Taste just the same as the original Whopper, and it is great. Burger King’s Impossible Whopper is great for anyone vegan or vegetarian/who has an intolerance to red meats. I would order Burger King’s Impossible Burger again whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
