I am absolutely looking forward to four wheeling with few of friends and hopefully to ride in few of groups this spring and summer coming up. I only rode once in hatfield and mccoys trail because it was my first time and I only had one person to ride with me and we had to turn around about 8 miles in buffalo mountain and then turn around because the person was my mom riding my old four wheeler, my Honda Rubicon so she could have some fun and I was driving my brand new 2010 Polaris sportsman 550 XP with EFI and EPS. But my Rubicon ended up stalling several times especially while being on the steep parts so we decided to turn around because it was too dangerous for my mom to keep driving while it’s stalling on the steep hill, don’t want her to roll backward or flip while my Rubicon stalls and engine shuts, it was a problem in the carb but it’s fixed and hopefully it can handle it again. But I did drive my new four wheeler several times over in Blackberry in the mountain that’s called Ball Fork, one of excellent trail I have found so far. But I will be going to hatfield and mccoy trail more often this year since I am only bringing in the riders that has experience and their four wheelers must be in good condition cause I am wishing to drive from the starting to the end which will be starting in Williamson in West Virginia and then hopefully to come out in either Matewan or Gilbert in West Virginia. And also I will definitely be riding more in ballfork mountain at Blackberry in Kentucky, this year we are permitted to drive up at Miller Creek trail in West Virginia which is a private property but has several miles on trail so I am going to for it. If you are interested to ride four wheeler up at Miller Creek in West Virginia, always remember you must ask for permission and then they will send you to Delbarton in West Virginia to get the permit card which is personally made by a private company. We usually goes hunting there all the time of course with permission from the staff and nobody were allowed to ride ATV there until now they decides to allow us only in the summer while it’s not in hunting season. So definitely, there’s going to be several pictures snapped and videos recorded from the rides this time instead of very few pictures that I had from last year which is no more than 30 pictures and no video at all. But that’s about to change.
If you are rider of ATV or side by side and wants to tag along with us in hatfield and mccoy trails, especially Buffalo Mountain is my main trail riding then please feel free to come along riding your ATV or side by side but always remember, you must purchase permit from Hatfield and McCoy trails system which is fifty dollars annually, we wouldn’t charge you a penny but Hatfield and McCoy costs some money which is a worthy price to purchase especially you can ride over 5 trails that is owned by Hatfield and McCoy trails system, you don’t only have to ride in Buffalo mountain, you can ride others too without having to purchase another permit after you purchased a permit from them once annually. To do so, you can purchase the permit and also seek for some information on trails, rules and other cool stuff by clicking here. And then you can ride there any time you desire and also bring your friends and as well form yourself a group, or come along with us and if you have a group/club of riders then they are very welcome to come with us as well. I am hoping to get geared up and go on March 27th or maybe sooner but I will let you know when I have officially decided the date to ride.
I have formed a ATV club named ATVAddict which is trademark registered by myself but it’s two years old club and has no one in it except myself because I have not yet to take serious action by recruiting people to it. I already have its website and all, which is ATVAddict.com and all its TLD’s domain too. But I have shut them down few months ago prior to errors and couldn’t find a time to fix all of the problems but I will be bringing them back up and work into it soon, once it’s up and running then I will notify you all by making another post for JoshiesWorld blog. Hopefully you will join and recruit as many as riders you can bring in, the more people we can get the more fun we will have and show them that we are one of riders in baddest riding club in Kentucky and West Virginia!
