What application or software do we often use the most on desktop or laptop? Internet browser because that is the most important application or software to get things done for your computer such as downloading other software or application to be installed on your computer so you can do other stuff, if there is no internet browser then we probably won’t have anything on our computer unless you get the software directly a CD or flash drive so you can install software on your computer so you can do stuff with your computer. It doesn’t make any sense if we don’t have any internet browser, in reality without internet browser then the network connection would be pointless and having internet browser gives us the information we needs as well to research on something that we need to know so internet browser is the heart of internet. But there is one problem, there are numbers of internet browsers we need to choose to use.
The big question is which internet browser should we install on our computer so we can do things with our computer? That is kind of hard question if you think about it because there is some good internet browser especially the competitive ones such as Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and now new internet browser Google Chrome. Or some of underdog internet browser such as Opera, Safari, Netscape and among others. What do you must look into these internet browser to get the best one? Few of things that you must look for is how safe is it, how is the speed is it, how does it looks and does it suits most of the websites? Because there are some that wouldn’t work with websites which is what web developers and web designer must remember to make our website to work with every one of them but sometime we forgot they still exist such as Opera (still is popular but it’s in the last of popular list), Netscape and few more of others. But is there the right answer for which one should you use? Absolutely not, there isn’t any answer for that question because only that question could be answered is by you because everyone has different opinions and preference in which one we like and the reasons along with it but only question we can truly give is which internet browser is best through a study that’s voted by several internet users but that’s not the answer for which one YOU like the best as it’s only basically an average answer but not the answer for you but for the study or which one is the most popular by ratings or used.

My personal opinion:
Mozilla Firefox – They are possibly the most safest of internet browser to surf on the internet and is very tight in security that is secured from letting anything from website hackers to get through your computer when you visiting some of untrusted websites, and they are blazing fast due to cleaner coding done by developments team and have great proxy that helps your surf faster by boosting the network connection while surfing. And when you are visiting some websites that has viruses or some hack codes that would connect through your internet connection to get your private information and others on your hard drive Firefox will recognize them before allowing you to visit the certain websites and force you to get out of that website before allowing the website to hack into your computer to get anything from your website so that says the tightness of their security in the browser system which is absolutely amazing. They also have several features for you to use them such as social media where you can update statuses through the toolbar and other places and they have several thousands of extensions and customized themes that you can choose to use for their browser, their browser has the most numbers of extensions and themes than any of browsers and no one come closes to their numbers yet. The design of their browser is very navigable, easy to control and advanced due to loaded features that comes with it. If you want safest, speed, change your browser in many ways that make your browser a lot better and great interface then Firefox is for you. You can do so many things with Firefox, the sky is limit in this case literally.
Chrome – They are safe as well but not safe as Mozilla Firefox though but definitely number 2 in safest internet browser and they are quick as well due to simple and clean design. They also have some features that comes with it but they only have very small numbers of extensions and very limited of themes that doesn’t look any neat at all, that’s a huge letdown and as goes for features with browser Chrome would be the worst browser when it comes to extensions and themes as they isn’t a lot in numbers that you can change your internet browser with like you can do so much with other internet browser especially Firefox. Chrome would be considered as one of best new internet browser in market other than Firefox, only the best thing about Chrome is their speed and probably the most simplest design and interface than any other internet browsers, if you want a simple and speed then Chrome is for you. This internet browser would be the perfect alternative browser and Chrome is owned by Google so any Google fans would like this internet browser.
Internet Explorer: Probably the most popular internet browser that deserves to compete against the number one internet browser and that would be Mozilla Firefox, every computers that we bought or built comes with windows internet explorer so it always will come and be on every computer that operates windows and the internet explorer is owned by Microsoft. Internet Explorer most rivalry is Mozilla Firefox as they both always compete to be on the top and always comes very close call but Mozilla Firefox still thumps them to this day but internet explorer definitely deserve some credits as they have been around for very long time and always offer many of things such as features that comes with internet explorer and the security in the internet explorer however their security isn’t very secure as everyone think they would be but they do have its speed and never stop to amaze the users especially with constant update for their internet browser along with several securities being updated for Internet Explorer and keep the updates pouring in to improve the internet explorer every time the update comes in. Internet Explorer by undoubtedly is my second favorite browser. Their interface is good enough but it does need some improvement, and internet explorer has changed so many times from past to now especially with adding several more features for it and make it speedier but the major problem they have is the security, if you have subscription for firewall and anti-virus then internet explorer would be good to go.
Netscape Navigator (former Mosaic): The oldest internet browser in the internet world, they have been around for very long time but they continue to struggle for many years as well since everyone stopped using their internet browser when everyone acknowledge Mozilla Firefox but before that and several years ago Netscape browser were considered the best internet browser that anyone can use and they was very popular back in days as when everyone buy new computer they would only use internet explorer to download Netscape to use as their default internet browser but they no longer do so and many now use Mozilla Firefox or Chrome as their default internet browser and as well internet explorer. Netscape definitely the internet browser that started it all, maybe these great internet browsers wouldn’t exist today if it wasn’t for Netscape.
Opera: They are very fast and clean but they have very poor security, worse security than any internet browsers out there but they are very accurate and most of the people use Opera to test for accuracy when it comes to designing a graphic or website. In Opera if you design a perfect graphic then it would be perfect in every internet browsers. They aren’t best for daily use though but using them now and then would be good enough to correct any errors in image if needed. Most of people often choose Opera as their 3rd favorite internet browser but mine would be 4th because it isn’t really necessary to use Opera as they aren’t needed for anything especially when we have much better internet browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Safari: They are very known for mobile internet browser especially for Apple products such as Iphone, Ipad and Ipod. They are considered the best mobile internet browser to use for mobile devices and they are very safe as well to use on mobile devices and they are also clean interface and quick speed when being used on mobile device. They can also be used on computer as well and the computer version is a great browser to use, very clean, very quick and easy to use. Any Linux users often prefer either Mozilla Firefox or Safari to use to work on something such as websites or on server-side, they don’t come with a lot of features though like Chrome but they have been around longer than Chrome therefore has better security considering that the developer has been around long enough to knowledge the security to develop securities to be added to Safari for safe use on the internet. Anyone that has slow internet such as dial-up often uses this browser. This browser is owned by Apple obviously.
Now it is your choice to use whichever one you think suits you and if you aren’t so sure which one to use then you can always do some research on them to find more information about them so you can be more sure of which one to use as default browser or continue using internet explorer that comes with the computer when you bought it, that is if it is operating windows system but if it’s Linux operated computer then I would suggest Mozilla Firefox or Safari but as goes for Windows operating system I would recommend Mozilla Firefox, Opera or Internet Explorer and if I must answer one? A quick answer would be Mozilla Firefox as I have use it for several years and it continue to be the most safest and useful browser around but internet explorer is my alternative or backup browser if I cannot get something done on Mozilla Firefox which is very, very rare that happens.
