I would like to personally congratulate all the athletes from United States of America for not only winning the most medals but also winning the most gold, silver and bronze medals in Olympic RIO 2016! United States team have won exactly 121 total medals with mix of 46 gold, 37 silver and 38 bronze medals which is an unbelievably feats for the United States team bringing to their home in the United States. Of course I am not the only one, but I am sure that most of Americans in United States are very happy about their awesome feat too as they brings home more than just the most gold medals but also most medals with the mix of gold, silver and bronze. Of course the sport in the United States is undoubtedly the best out of any other countries, however there are a country that is better at a certain sport than the United States which I am sure that most of us know that it is the United Kingdom in soccer or they call it football over there but over here in the United States we calls it soccer and that somewhat make a sense because the ball touches the foot so football so I see why United Kingdom came up with that name for the sport. But the rest, United States dominates the sport nonetheless and I would also like to congratulate every other country’s team for bringing some medals to their home because Olympic is all about the sport itself. Even though I am American living here in the United States, of course I am going to say that I am unbelievably proud of the United States team for having a such feat like this, bringing home the most medals along with all other most three medals but still I think we can say that it is a healthy and fun sport while at the same time congratulating other country’s team even those who didn’t win any medals because all it counts is the sportsmanship.
I must admit that I don’t watch the entire Olympics, obviously as not every one of us can be available at some of these schedules as some of us including myself have some conflicts with their and ours schedules but I do keep up with their news along with their schedules and who or which country wins what.

These countries did fantastic job, I know it may be disappointing to some of the countries for not being able to top a certain country as a few or most countries always try to take the United States place and I can definitely understand that because who wouldn’t want to have a such feat like that? But I hope that these countries recognize that what is all matters is that they had the chance to play in Olympic because not everyone can have the chance to play in Olympic unfortunately so having a chance to play at Olympic Rio 2016 is already a feat itself. A lot of the people would love to take their places, so appreciate the sport itself and have a appreciate for themselves where they have working hard to get this far to take a part in Olympic games.
Even though some of us are Americans who lives in the United States roots for our own country, the United States but be a sport and congratulate other countries – while you are at it, let them know they did amazing because, let’s be frank they were amazing especially these top ten countries. Yes, medals does says it all for the stats but sportsmanship is important too and being sportsmanship means we appreciate the sport itself even if our own country played against these countries but the important is that both sides had fun doing so. Usain Bolt is amazing, he’s Jamaican as he certainly can run the track and have several medals to prove that along with a record for breaking the world’s record fastest running at track which is unbelievable. The name Bolt make sense. Our own country, United States we have Michael Phelps who holds four or more records as a swimmer and have won several gold medals as well. So every country has their own, we have Michael Phelps, Jamaica have Usain Bolt and Great Britain/United Kingdom has Chris Hoy as cyclist so you get the idea.
Although I must admit that I cringed when I see the troubles with Ryan Lochte, as he is one of our own athletes from here in the United States and he have stirred up some mess over there in Rio about some robbery. Obviously everybody is going to be talking about him for several weeks to come, there is an investigation going on with the robbery and Ryan Lochte himself. I cringed even more when he has been caught lying to the police over in Rio in fear of being caught with his mother but I guess that happens and nothing can change about that. Russia wasn’t going to be playing in Olympics Rio 2016, Russia were banned by the Olympic Board for doping but then they appealed and at the very last-minute they decided to lift the ban to allow Russia to compete in the Olympics but only limited to a few games as they cannot compete in Paralympics and a few others like an athlete on track and field I believe. You can do research on that because I don’t really keep up with Russia’s problem in Rio 2016 as I only know is that they appealed then lifted the ban and only limits them to a few games but that in the first place they were banned from taking a part in any games in Rio is because they were caught doping at the last Olympic I believe. It’s saddening that a few of athletes who were willing to go as far to dope themselves, it is to help them to cheat as it is illegal in any Olympics for any participating athletes to take some kind of “booster” medicines which I strongly agree with that because it’s unfair to other athletes who have worked very hard to get to where they are without doping or anything.
Anyway today is the end of Olympic Rio 2016, all medals totaled up and athletes are on their way back home in their countries to show off their medals if they have won any then if they did won any medals they will be getting paid by the government of their country. Well I am not exactly sure for all the countries, I do know that United States is one of them, for any athletes who won any medals will get money from the government here in the United States and that goes the same for the Great Britain/United Kingdom but I don’t know about the rest of other country. If you are from other country and know more about this about if any athletes from your country gets paid for winning any medals please let me know by leaving comment below!
I am not exactly biggest Olympic fan, I am not into many sports as I am only into one sport and that is football (American Football). I do watch baseball now and then depending on what team is playing. United States wasn’t the only country that I roots for, I also rooted for Great Britain and Brazil.
I must end this, it’s actually getting late than usual for me so I have to wrap this up and get myself going to bed in a few minutes after watching a television show or a movie as I always do before heading to bed. So good night, I hope that all of you are safe wherever you all are at and don’t let bedbugs bite you!
