Robots Are Taking Your Jobs!

I have been doing research through many different sources about advancing technology in the United States, a pattern that I am seeing is that they are talking about getting ahead in production in manufacturing companies and others more than ever compared to humans. That technology I am referring is, something that I am sure some may just rolls their eyes or some may scoff over this but the difference is that a few years ago it may be something that is the least of our worries when it comes to finding a job in today’s economy but I don’t think that many of us realize that they are advancing faster than we expected them to be. Made me realize something, the corporations and business are doing everything that they can do is to maximize their profits. They have set their crosshair right on the profits, everything else does not matter to them and they will do everything they can to maximize their profits even if it means cutting the costs or fire their employees as they found the tiniest mistake made by an employee because they don’t just pay their employees a wage but also pay for their health insurance, parental leaves, workers compensation, retirement and others which they don’t like doing because they want that money.

Robots Take Your Job

Now this is the question in many of the administrative people in corporations mind is how to maximize the profits, not just profits but also revenue which is part of the profits and also as well cutting the costs can also raise their revenue such as finding some deals with other to partners. For example, FedEx offers better deals than UPS does know that FedEx isn’t that great and choosing to go with a shipping company that’s not so great instead of making sure that their products get delivered to you with a care because they always try to find every way to shave anything to save money for themselves. Speaking of this, the perfect example is Amazon. I don’t know if you have seen lately but Amazon is basically packed with robots as their employees now, because every robots does not need a healthcare insurance, retirement funding, workers compensation and whatnot which is one of few biggest reasons that they became a trillionaire company so quick because they didn’t have to pay to have their products picked, restocked and packed as their robots does which would be paid off in a few years but cheaper than a human in long term. The technology is advancing quicker than we want them to, so quick that there are several companies who already have some prototype of unmanned taxing helicopters and airplanes that would fly the people in the sky without having a pilot steering the helicopter or a plane. Same with the taxing on grounds, Uber is investing heavily in that area along with Google for their driverless fleet of vehicles and many other taxiing companies are ahead in the game wherein the future that they wouldn’t need anyone to be in it to do the job of getting us from point A to point B and/or back to point A. This eliminating the needs for the human to be hired, instead simply have the robots or artificial intelligence aka AI (computerized) to do the jobs, more precise and better than any humans can ever do – nonstop.

If we do nothing about this, by making sure that there are security in our future career and the next generations of ours then in short period of time we will be seeing that we start to be no longer needed for any of the jobs. No matter what, it is coming whether you like it or not and in fact they are already here but it is a matter of when more corporations decide to invest in technology instead of humans. You mark my words on that, that will screw the economy in a way because we would need a job to be able to have an income so to afford their products and if they invest more in technology than us humans then the balance in economy will go sideways because how can they expect that their products can be brought if we cannot make any money? It’s complicated, a complexity in that we have to figure out a way to earn income without having a job because that job would be taken by a robot and in order for the business to continue. Only thing I can think of is earning an income by the government whether it be social security and whatnot because it might be the only source that we have available once the robots have taken over the companies production. I am interested in hearing on what you would say about this if technology has taken over most of the jobs and not needing any of us humans ever again then how can we both (us and business) survive? Leave a comment below! This is just something that has been on my mind lately and figured that I’d put it out there to see what some of you have to say about this. Here are some good links for you to read about technology vs humans in regards to jobs.
