SuddenLink improved much needed.

SuddenLink communication is the provider for internet and TV cable that I am member of for several years. Last year our power were very prone to outrage even that they would go out on a sunny day, while power outrage we still have the TV cable and internet working smoothly because I own a power generator that powered some of important electronics such as computer, TV, heater and fridge to keep the meats frozen from going rotten. But this year is a total different since, thankfully to KY power (AEP – I believe?) improved our power drastically and our power isn’t prone to outrage anymore and it can withstand heavy storms this year that we had gotten so far which is quite pleasing especially the power is a bit more important than internet and TV cable but at times we do need internet for a reason and that’s business especially my own and as well for some of my devices to work properly as they require WI-FI.

For past few of hard snow storms, we still have power and it wouldn’t even dim or flinch as it would usually last year which I am extremely pleased with the improvement that Kentucky Power did to improve our power lines to withstand anything that comes in the way such as blizzard, ice storm, hard blowing winds (45 and up mile per hours) and others and while the internet and cable TV goes out easily even on the sunny days. Now it is reversed, but still it shows that Sudden Link communication needs to start improving their own network line here for telephone and internet as well so to withstand those storms like the now strength of power lines is now.

Nonetheless, we got one of those wintry storm yesterday which was all day yesterday and most of last night as well while our power didn’t even flinch our TV cable and internet went out in fact even within’ few seconds after the storm hits here. We called Sudden Link about this issue and we have filed several complaints and they kept giving us “We will come in and check it out next week” and done nothing. I know networking enough to say that, you Sudden Link Communication that the problem is on your end and wouldn’t do nothing about it. Can I please recommend, perhaps replace the transmitter/receiver or maybe replacing lines or better yet cut the trees surrounding the network line like Kentucky Power did last year to improve our power?

Correct me if I am wrong, didn’t I heard that you had invested a big deal in Texas to add network in some communities and small areas? Should have used these money on improving/strength the networking here first because all of us residents are the reason that your company Sudden Link grew. Sudden Link communication, another thing you all are quite lucky that in this area we have absolutely no choice of switching the provider otherwise we would in heartbeat because only choice we have if we need internet is to purchase the internet plan through you considering that Sudden Link communication is only provider we have in this area. Verizon I am suggesting that you go ahead and make a plan of picking up the mess that Sudden Link has done and pick us all and we will be your customers, and Verizon you have a better internet plan that we would love to have, especially me. Make my wish come true, Verizon? Come here!

Either way, Sudden Link. Improve and strength the networking here, especially in Belfry, KY. I cannot fathom enough of how much I have complained through Twitter. Wouldn’t be surprised if half tweets I have made is the actual complaints I have towards you. However, Sudden Link company itself I trust and is proud customer for several years ever since buying out Charter but your customer service and workers… Either needs to start working or replace them with somebody else – fire them, hire new people.

That is all and thank you very much for reading and for all of your readers, yes this is a rant and is directed at Sudden Link communication.
