So, I apologize about that, and I have been swamped lately with many things on my plate. Another article this soon, I know! How are you all doing and are you enjoying your summer so far? As for me, I have stayed up a lot and sleeping a lot as well lately. I have not had the chance to enjoy the summer yet, because I have wanted to go four wheeling and I haven’t found the time to go four wheeling or haven’t found other people who has a time to go four wheeling with me as a group. You don’t want to go four wheeling alone, it is never a good idea to go riding a four-wheeler alone especially on some long trails in a large mountain because if for some reason your four-wheeler breaks down then you would truly be stuck and have hard time trying to get back to your vehicle where you park with your four-wheeler trailer. Only time I would go four wheeling is if I am to cruise down the street for a few minutes which is illegal to do so and ride some small hills. The other day I have stumbled upon some researches and watched some videos of a laboratories company named Starkey Hearing Foundation that have not just angered me but angered several individuals in the Deaf community. Starkey is a company that make hearing technology for any individuals that have a problem with hearing and Starkey have led several people to think that Starkey is the hero as it is what Starkey would want you to see them as but they are not really the hero that you thought. There are several articles or videos that have shown where there are public figures individuals such as some of United States of American former presidents like George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and our running for president Hillary Clinton gives the hearing aids to some of the people who are either Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Even the Starkey have said that their hearing technology is the treatment or the solution for anyone who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing just upsets the Deaf community even more because it is misleading as there is several Deaf or Hard of Hearing individuals have said that they limits their freedom more than they have. The system created by the federal, governments and some of rich people never suits the Deaf individuals for several decades as the system were created for some of the people here in the United States to help some elite groups such as the individuals who does not care for anyone else but themselves while taking the pocketful of money from that system without leaving anything over for the rest of other groups to take through jobs. That is mostly the reason that the system is very harsh to where that it doesn’t allow any groups like Deaf community, Seniors Citizens or other disabilities to be able to find any opportunity such as a job that is suits for them with a skill of whatever it is they are good at. Last year on June 26, 2014 New York Times have written an article with the title that says “What’s the Matter With Eastern Kentucky?” has been discovered by some Facebook users which I am a bit surprised because of the article was written over a year ago and it shows that not many residents in Eastern Kentucky reads New York Times as New York Times is in the top 10 most popular news media outlet especially with their New York Times blog since millions of people have gone digital as opposed to buying the materials which are the newspaper or magazines paperback. Ever since some Facebook users who happens to be Eastern Kentucky residents who discovered the “What’s the Matter With Eastern Kentucky?” article on New York Times website (NYTimes.com) then shared the article to their Facebook wall post which ended up getting more attention than it did last year as there were no Eastern Kentucky residents at that time shared the article on the day they wrote it and ever since it was shared it bring in mixed responses especially in the comments section over at Facebook about “What’s the Matter With Eastern Kentucky?” article written by one of New York Times writer/blogger. I hope that every one of you have a great day and enjoy whatever it was that every one of you was doing today. For me I enjoyed my day especially going out to a dinner at Cheech’s in Lenore, WV with my mother and my step father Chad for my mom’s Mother Day dinner. We all ordered pizza with half of toppings, pepperoni on one side then other side sausages and pepperoni I am thinking but the pizza were good although the pizza from Cheech’s aren’t my favorite although it is definitely in my top five favorite pizza restaurants. If you are looking for some pizza close to Logan, WV then you should check out Cheech’s restaurant but if you don’t want some pizzas then don’t worry because Cheech’s offers different foods on their menu especially the Italian foods so if you are a fan of Italian foods then this is the restaurant to check out and you can find Cheech’s place on FourSquare which is an excellent app that has a bit more accurate information than the Yelp app although Yelp is more known for adding reviews but when it comes to looking for some information such as ratings, prices, locations etc then FourSquare is the way to go! For some of you know one of my few hobbies that I love very much doing which is blogging and if you ask what is it, blogging is where you would write any kinds of topics online that you’d like to share by publishing your written articles or posts to millions of the people in worldwide.
