One Of The Show Doctor Shows!
Name: The Good Doctor
Description: Shaun Murphy, a young autistic surgeon who has savant syndrome, relocates from a quiet country life to join the surgical unit at the prestigious San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital -- a move strongly supported by his mentor, Dr. Aaron Glassman. Having survived a troubled childhood, Shaun is alone in the world and unable to personally connect with those around him, but he finds his niche using his extraordinary medical skill and intuition to save lives and challenge the skepticism of his colleagues.
Overall
Thought?:
After watching the first episodes of The Good Doctor, I immediately fell in love with the television show for a few reasons and one of them is that I feel somewhat connected to one of the doctor (main) of the show Shaun Murphy because both of us have something in common which is a disability. Although we both don’t have the same, as I am wheelchair-bound and Deaf but Dr. Shaun Murphy in The Good Doctor show has autism. Every episode I am in awe of how he overcomes his disability, especially to become a doctor and prove the naysayers that even with autism or other disability that they can be doctors if they want to be.
Every night the first show I must watch when logging on Hulu is The Good Doctor along with a few other shows and I am saddened to find out that they are canceling the show as they say the fourth season would be the final season for The Good Doctor tv show. In some scenes it would anger me especially when I see people doubt his intelligence due to the fact that he has autism, having somewhat distrust in Shaun Murphy as a doctor/surgeon due to being afraid to give a doctor with autism a chance to do what a doctor does especially surgery and as well other duties that come with a doctor in a large hospital.
Shaun Murphy is not the only that I am rooting for, I also root for his mentor Dr. Aaron Glassman because he becomes somewhat a father-figure to Shaun Murphy unintentionally and would question anyone who doubted Shaun Murphy and almost is overprotective of him especially when it comes to Shaun Murphy meeting someone new namely Lea.
I best stop here because the more I go into it, I will be spoiling this in case if some of you have not watched it and I still have not watched all seasons yet as I am on the last episode of the second season going onto season three (loving it even more after episode by episode!). I highly recommend this television show, there are a few ways that you can watch The Good Show and I will leave a few links below for you to choose a service to watch the show. The Good Doctor will make you want to just keep on watching, every episode ends have you wanting to watch more and that is where I just cannot understand why ABC decided to call it the end after the fourth season of The Good Doctor. In my opinion, I think they should continue and if they don’t want to then find somebody else to continue the production for The Good Doctor television show!
