Before I go ahead to write a tidbit article here for every reader’s pleasure, I hope that some or all the readers knows the reason of me not being able to blog for over a week by now as the last article I wrote I made an announcement that I don’t think I would be able to blog for a while because at that time I was going through pain myself so in other words I could not bear the pain I was feeling for over a week which means it was too discomforting for me to be able to write an article for the weblog here and in case if some of you missed the last article I wrote or wondered why I have not blogged for over a week then it was due to medical reason which is something that is somewhat sensitive for me to share the medical reason out here in the public but I can only say that I was in very pain at that time. Over a week ago my doctor said that if the pain that I was enduring don’t get better by ten days that my doctor would have no choice but to refer me to a surgeon where there would be possibility that I would have to have a surgery but thankfully the pain I endured has disappeared to the point that I really don’t need medical attention but it isn’t completely healed yet and I would maybe say that it is 85 percent healed at the moment so it is better.
For some of these who wished me well, I appreciate all of these from some of you guys and I am getting to the point that I should be fully healed in matter of a few days as it is showing a sign that it has almost disappeared at least the way it feels. Due to my absence it seems that I have a lot to catch up for blogging so that means I will have to try to make up a couple of articles that I did not write as I usually wrote two articles weekly so I just hope that I can find or hear something interesting enough for me to write about or to share my opinion on them.
Windows 10.
I remember that almost everyone complained about how awful the Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 built by Microsoft when these versions of Windows came out for Windows operating systems computer, I was one of the a lot people who complained about the Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 because Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 were cluttered all over with several applications which that caused some confusion to some of the people especially senior citizens or some people who is new to the computers but myself I am somewhat expert to the computers as I have experienced computers technical or whatever they call it but I have built computers myself, rebuilding and everything else. As much as my knowledge in the computers especially Windows operating systems, Windows 8 or 8.1 literally confused me to no end for first few days but then I got used to it after taking an inside look of the Windows 8/8.1 operating system software and I admit that it was the time that Microsoft to make a drastic change to their operating system as earlier versions such as Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP, Vista and 7 were very similar so it started getting boring as Microsoft competitors such as Apple often drastically changed their systems so Microsoft were getting behind. I can say that Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 was the drastic change but it was the wrong change they made so obviously several people complained about that including myself but it seems that Microsoft somewhat ignored our suggestions or not hearing out their customers on what they can do to improve and then a year later or so Microsoft surely proved us wrong about not hearing customers out as they went ahead secretly to make another drastic change to their operating system.
In the month of June Microsoft announced that they have made another version of Windows operating system, the Windows that the customers asked Microsoft for then Microsoft sent a notification to all of Windows 8 or 8.1 customers to let them know that Microsoft built another version called Windows 10 and that is on the way to us. When Microsoft sent the notification to thousands of thousands if not millions customers letting us know that Windows 10 is on the way and for us to reserve a copy of Windows 10 at absolutely no cost as the Windows 10 released on July 29th Microsoft customers can upgrade to Windows 10 full version with activation as it is not a trial where the customers upgrade from Windows 8 or 8.1 to Windows 10 is full upgrade. Microsoft decided to offer Windows 10 which comes with activation (serial/key) for free for only a year as it is their way of apologizing for not satisfying us with Windows 8 or 8.1 but then when a year is up then it will cost $119 which is not that bad and I upgraded to Windows 10 myself. I had Windows 8.1 Pro so Microsoft upgraded me to Windows 10 Pro, so if you have Windows 8 or 8.1 home then you will get Windows 10 Home but if you have Windows 8 or 8.1 Pro then you will get Windows 10 Pro but both costs you nothing which is amazing.
When Microsoft announced about their new version of Windows, the Windows 10 I was thrilled but at same time nervous because I was not so sure if they were going to just rebuild off Windows 8 or 8.1 but after upgrading from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro I was in awe for several minutes as I stare at the Windows 10 because Windows 10 is the drastic change that you wished for so Windows 10 is it! Microsoft improved the operating system drastically, along with designs and the performance that everyone dreams for. I know that every one of you loves Windows XP but guess what? It is BACK! Windows 10 is modernized from their Windows XP with a little mix off Windows 8.1 then punches you with boatloads of features than ever so if any of you are nervous about upgrading to Windows 10 then don’t be because I assure you that it is the Windows you want especially if you are Windows XP fan. You know the first thing you see when powering up your computer was several applications for you to use? No more! When you power up your computer, it will take you straight to the desktop like you would on Windows XP but only difference is that it is modernized in a big way especially the designs. I have screenshot Windows 10 Pro off my desktop so you can get idea what it looks like.
Awesome right? I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro somewhat late because for some reason on the release day of Windows 10 I didn’t get it although I did reserved a copy of Windows 10 but the reason I was not able to upgrade on that day was because Microsoft decided to release Windows 10 in the wave where Microsoft released Windows 10 to limited numbers of customers hourly (an example) so practically everyone has to wait for their turn to upgrade Windows 10 but luckily Microsoft provides a software download from Microsoft website where you don’t have to wait for your turn to upgrade to Windows 10 so I am known for impatient person so obviously I just couldn’t wait until that wave to come in my way so I took the shortcut to upgrade Windows 10 by searching all over on Microsoft website in hope that they provide a download where I could just go ahead to upgrade the Windows 10 instead of waiting and now since I found a way directly from Microsoft website to download a software that upgrade me to Windows 10 so if you have not yet got the notification saying that your copy of Windows 10 is ready yet then here is the link (directly) from Microsoft to upgrade to Windows 10! http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
When you get to that link then you will see two options such as Download Tool Now (32-bit version) or Download Tool Now (64-bit version) and you don’t know which bit version your computer has then you can find what your computer has by going to the control panel (in settings) then go to System and Security and click on the System or hover your mouse to top right corner of your monitor then go to Settings then go to PC Info which will show you the information of your computer such as System Type which that is where you will see what bit version you have. When you know what bit version your computer has then go to that link above and choose the right bit version (if your computer is 64-bit then go with 64-bit one or if your computer is 32-bit then go with 32-bit) one by clicking that button where you will be downloading a software then open that software and it will give you two options such as Upgrade this PC now or Create installation media for another PC so go for the Upgrade this PC now then click next button; You are now upgrading to Windows 10!
I suggest that you do upgrade to Windows 10 soon as you have the time to do so because it is only limited time for free by Microsoft with full upgrade (no trial, no limited time using, nothing as it is a real full upgrade) to Windows 10 because the next year in the July that free upgrade offer by Microsoft will be expired and costs to upgrade to Windows 10. If you upgrade to Windows 10 now you will NOT be charged next year to continue using Windows 10 because it is not a trial so when you upgrade to Windows 10 it is finalized so be sure to take that offer! In my opinion I truly believe that Windows 10 by Microsoft is that Windows we know ever since the Windows XP, Windows 10 is amazing especially the pro edition but if you have home edition of Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 don’t worry as it is still amazing because I have both so I can safely say that I am very impressed with both editions and I applaud to Microsoft for creating the Windows that Microsoft is known for except Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 obviously because these versions were failure but with Windows 10 I already forgave Microsoft for their mistake of making Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 that we disliked. As goes for the software that is on Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 will works on the Windows 10 as I have found no problems yet which is pleasing for me and the Windows 10 have also changed their designs drastically by making it looks more of 3D and not boxy like Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 but nonetheless bravo to the Microsoft teams for finally giving us the Windows that we want.
